— My Story

My fitness journey began when I started running competitive youth track in Houston, Texas at the age of 15. Track and Field is an Individual sport, meaning the results you get during the season is entirely up to the amount of work you put during the off-season. Looking back and remembering the blood, sweat, and tears shed. Nothing felt better than setting a new personal record or winning a race, but at the same time when I lost a race nothing felt worse. With having no one else to blame but myself, I had to take accountability. Those early experiences showed me to get what I wanted on the track and in life, I had to stay disciplined and to push myself to be better than I already was yesterday. This belief system is what I teach my clients. That you are your the common demoninator in all your problems and if you want your situation to change, whether its taking accountability for your health , financial situation, or living up to your full potential, it is all up to you. I train people to take action and accountability for their life.
