This is a Lower Body strength and muscle growth program. For this challenge you will need access to a gym & resistance bands. The exercises are superset or compound set for each of the days workout. This program contains 5 workouts working your Quads, Hamstrings, Calves and Glutes. You can choose your 2 rest days for the week, but for optimal results you will need to train 5 days a week for a 2 week period to complete the challenge.
