This is an Upper Body strength and muscle growth program. For this challenge you will need access to the gym & resistance bands. The exercises are superset or compound set for the workout. This program contains 5 workouts working your back, shoulders, arms and chest. You can freely choose your 2 rest days for the week, but for optimal results you will need to train 5 days a week for a 2 week period to complete the challenge.
